How long will it take to receive my order?
Order processing takes 2-4 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 7-12 business days, while Expedited shipping takes 5-8 business days.

Why does my rug/comforter look flat or wrinkled?
To save on shipping costs for you, we use vacuum-sealed packaging. Simply unpack, pat gently, and allow 24-48 hours for the item to restore its full fluffiness and shape.
Are the materials safe for kids?
Absolutely. As a professional manufacturer, we use skin-friendly fabrics and non-toxic dyes. Our rug backings are upgraded with ultra non-slip materials for safety.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window. Items must be unwashed and in original packaging. Please contact us for a Return Authorization before shipping items back.
Who pays for return shipping?
For non-quality related returns (change of mind/wrong size), the customer is responsible for shipping to our US center. If the item is defective, we cover all costs.
