🚚 Shipping & Orders

Where do you ship from?
As a factory-direct brand, all orders are shipped directly from our professional manufacturing facility in Suzhou, Jiangsu, China to ensure original quality and the best prices.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Order processing (QC inspection) takes 1-3 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 8-12 business days. Total delivery time is usually between 9-15 business days.
Can I track my package?
Yes! Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly on our "Track Your Order" page.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we provide international shipping to most major countries, including the USA, UK, CA, AU, and Europe.

🧶 Product & Quality

Why does my rug/comforter look flat or wrinkled?
To optimize shipping and keep costs low for you, we use vacuum-sealed packaging. Simply unpack, pat gently, and allow 24-48 hours for the item to restore its full fluffiness and shape.
Are the materials safe for kids?
Absolutely. We use skin-friendly fabrics and non-toxic dyes. All our products are manufactured to meet international export safety standards.
How do I choose the right size?

🔄 Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window. Items must be unwashed, unused, and in their original packaging. Please contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) before sending anything back.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the return is due to our error (defective/wrong item), we cover all costs. For non-quality related returns (change of mind/wrong size), the customer is responsible for shipping to our designated return center.
