At CozyLil, we stand behind our factory-direct products. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Returns Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
Restocking Fees: We do not charge a restocking fee for any returns.
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective/Damaged Items: If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective design, wrong item), CozyLil will cover all return shipping costs and provide a pre-paid return label.
- Customer Remorse: If the return is due to a change of heart (e.g., color/style preference), the customer will be responsible for the actual return shipping costs.
🇪🇺 For EU & UK Customers: Right of Withdrawal
Under EU law, you have 14 days to cancel and return your order for any reason. We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, once the items are returned to us.
How to Start a Return
1. Contact us at support@cozylil.com with your order number.
2. Our team will provide a Return Authorization (RA) and the specific return instructions.
3. For approved returns, please mail your package to the address below:

*Please do not send returns to the manufacturer's address in China without an RA number.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
