At CozyLil, we take pride in our factory-direct quality. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original factory packaging.
Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
🇪🇺 For EU & UK Customers: Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer based in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason.
- Full Refunds: If you return your entire order, we will reimburse the full payment, including standard delivery costs.
- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the items to our designated center.

⚠️ Shipping Clause (Non-EU Orders)
For orders outside the EU/UK, shipping fees charged at checkout are non-refundable for non-quality related returns. If a refund is approved, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your total.
Defective or Damaged Items
Since we manufacture our own products, we maintain rigorous Quality Control. If you receive a defective or damaged item due to our error, contact us immediately with photo evidence for a full refund or free replacement.
